I designed the full product: search and discovery, the comping workflow, the funding calculator, auth, and the responsive mobile version. Complex data, kept legible.

A booking platform for barbers and their clients. Clients book and manage appointments. Barbers run the whole shop: calendar, staff schedules, business hours, client lists.

I designed 100+ screens across both sides of the marketplace, on a token-based component system so the two apps stay consistent.

A talent marketplace. I designed the chat system both sides live in, through seven iterations, plus the guardrail flows that keep conversations and payments on-platform.

Messaging is where marketplaces leak revenue. The guardrails meant designing friction that protects the business without feeling hostile to users.
